Positive: The apartment is nice. The owner was friendly and helped us with the parking. He changed the sheets when asked. He tried to prepare the house for the time we arrived. It is quite close to the center.

Negative: The AC did not work, the smell in the house was unbearable because of the bad smelling AC and the bad smelling sheets in the room. The living room has no black curtains. The apartment is on the fourth floor from the fourth floor with no elevator. The soroundings are not that good... You cannot cook anything in the apartment.

Summary: It is not a good location when you have kids or elderly people, and not during hot summer.

Positive: Apartment was super clean and smelled really nice, location was good

Negative: Might need a second air conditioning unit as the one in the hallway did not get to cool down the temperature in the furthest part of the apartment. Then again we did stay during a heat wave of 41 degrees celsius. If ai am not mistaken, the description did not mention the apartment was at the top floor - 4th with no elevator. Might want to give this information.

Positive: The apartment is very nice and big, the rooms are very generous and nicely furnished. The living room area is also generous and nice, and you get very nice views from all the rooms except for the kitchen. The apartment was very clean, and the owner very communicative and helpful. There was complimentary coffee and some drinks in the fridge. That was also nice. We enjoyed our stay at this apartment, we will probably return if available.

Negative: The stove is just decorative, so you will not be able to actually cook there. this did not bother us, but it's worth mentioning. as there is no assigned parking place, it can be difficult to find a spot, especially because the street is quite narrow, but we were able to find one each night after all.

Summary: nice & big apartment, with great view!
